Q. Where in Canada do you ship?
A. We ship across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. If you’d like to ship outside these provinces please contact us at 905.563.4383 or via email at email@example.com
Q. When should I expect my wine shipment?
A. It depends on which VIB club level you sign up for- typically the wine is sent out the second Tuesday of each month. Within Ontario it is next day shipping, therefore Ontario residents can expect the wine to arrive the following Wednesday. Rural address will sometimes be delivered on Thursday because of increased travel times. Residents of Alberta and BC can expect the wine at the end of the second week of the month.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Once your information is received from our online form, Rosewood will contact you for your credit card information. Your credit card is charged the day the wine packages are being shipped.
Q. How do you ship my package?
A. We ship the packages using a local courier – The Messengers International and Canada Post. We use different couriers based on your shipping address for wine club shipments. Typically for rural Canadian addresses Canada Post will be used. The Messengers delivers right to your door (you must be present to sign and receive the package). Canada Post shipments will deliver to your door as well – if you are not present to sign for the package they will leave a pick-up slip notifying you at which Canada Post depot it can be picked up at.
Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. Cost of shipping is around $15 per package. Some rural or remote addresses will be more, between $20-25 per package. Shipments are between $35-$75 per package to Alberta and BC, depending on the location within these provinces.
Q. If I am not home, can you leave the shipment?
A. No. At no time can the courier leave the package unattended and unsigned. Someone 19 years or older must sign for the package.
Q. I didn’t receive my package, who should I call?
A. Please contact the Club Concierge who will assist you in this issue.
