Q. Where in Canada do you ship?

Q. When should I expect my wine shipment?
A. We try our hardest to get the shipments out at the start of each shipment month, typically the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) Depending on where you live, it will arrive 2-4 days from the time of shipping. We’ll do our best to notify all members of shipping dates. Being a small family run operation we cannot guarantee that we’ll be a day or two late but promise to try our hardest not to be.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Once your information is received from our online form, in person or via email, we’ll contact you for your credit card information. Your credit card is charged the day the wine packages are being shipped.
Q. How do you ship my package?
A. We ship the packages using a local courier and Canada Post. We use different couriers based on your shipping address for wine club shipments. Typically for rural Canadian addresses Canada Post will be used. The local courier delivers right to your door (you must be present to sign and receive the package – we highly recommend shipping to a business /work address or to a 24-hour concierge serviced building). Canada Post shipments will deliver to your door as well – if you are not present to sign for the package they’ll leave a pick-up slip notifying you at which Canada Post depot it can be picked up.
Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. Cost of shipping is around $15 per package. Some rural or remote addresses will be more, between $20-25 per package. Shipments are between $35-$75 per package to Alberta and BC, depending on the location within these provinces.
Q. If I am not home, can you leave the shipment?
A. Sadly under Ontario alcohol laws we are not permitted to leave shipments unattended. At no time can the courier leave the package unattended and unsigned. Someone 19 years or older must sign for the package at the time of delivery or pickup.
Q. I didn’t receive my package, who should I call?
A. We’re sorry in advance if this does happen. Please contact the Club Concierge who will assist you in this issue.
