2018 Mead Royale
A unique semi-sweet traditional mead fermented of our Niagara Escarpment Wildflower Honey, then barrel aged for 6 months before bottling unfined. Jasmine, ginger, orange peel, white flowers and notes of honey round out the pallet before leading to a long-lingering finish. Serve chilled with your favourite cheese board or dessert.
