Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Classic Pinot Noir aromas and flavours of warm field strawberries and raspberries wreathed in mocha. With notes of beets and cherry from the 10 months ageing in premium French oak barrels. Full and integrated tannins with a medium length finish. Pair with charcuterie, cedar plank salmon, seared duck and roasted poultry. Decant for a minimum of 2 hours and enjoy now or cellar to 2016.
