Rosewood’s first Pét-Nat / Sparkling wine. This wine was made without the addition of sugar, acid, sulphur, selected yeast and was bottled before primary fermentation was complete. It is unfiltered and unfined. Sediment naturally forms at the bottom of each bottle.
Store in a cellar or a cool place until it will be consumed. Serve well chilled (6-10C).
