If there are any consumer concerns with our wine, mead, honey, or candle products please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the issue. We recommend keeping your receipt and contacting us as soon as you've opened a "faulted or corked" wine or mead. We will gladly exchange it for another of similar value.

We'll never sell, trade or loan the information you provide us to any outside organization. Any information collected is for the sole purpose of better understanding our customers to provide them with the best products & services. We will use the consumer information only for follow-ups, order processing, and statistical analysis. By providing information you're consenting to our collection and use, of the information provided. If you do not wish to be contacted, please advise us and we'll honour your wishes.
This website has an integrated online shopping area that allows you to purchase wines instantly by using a valid visa or mastercard through a secure payment-processing page. After placing an order online, you will receive an electronic receipt of your order via e-mail. We will ship orders between Monday and Thursday (during normal hours) for next day delivery (shipping is not available on weekends or holidays). We strongly recommend using a business or work address where someone 19 or older can sign for the package, during 9-5pm business hours. Otherwise, the package will not be delivered and cannot be left at your door. Online wine sales are currently available only to residents of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.
