Chardonnay, the grape that expresses itself differently all over the world, is uniquely distinct when it's produced in a “cool climate” (think France,  Austria, Oregon & Canada).  Cool climate Chardonnay is known for being small in quantity, yet high in quality with complex and expressive flavours. In a cool climate Chardonnay really sings.

28 Founding Wineries from Ontario joined together to celebrate this magnificent cool climate varietal. So enamoured are all of us that we have invited our friends and comrades from other cool climates to help host a 4-day Chardonnay celebration.
