Bees, nature's miracle workers, not only produce honey, they also produce beeswax that the patriarch of our family, Eugene, loves to mold into candles. You can find Eugene working away in our Wax Hut, molding and shaping candles made from our 100% local beeswax.
Beeswax candles have many advantages. They are longer and cleaner burning, virtually dripless, non-toxic, non-allergenic, and non-carcinogenic. Add to that, clean-burning 100% Beeswax Candles produce negative ions which cleanse the air of dust, odours, toxins, pollens, and allergens. In theory, they are a natural air purifier. By simply burning a pure beeswax candle, the negative ions produced purify the air by reducing dust and allergens.
Our 100% local beeswax candles are made without additives or scents and have a subtle natural honey aroma. Not only are they eco-friendly and healthy, but are also beautifully designed. Honeycomb Pillar
This honeycomb patterned Pillar is a popular candle. Its simple profile is easy on the eyes and complements many different candle holders and decor. It makes great gift for those who love pillar style candles or for any of your bee loving friends.

Pinecomb- large
This large style Pinecomb is a popular candle. Its rustic theme makes it a great companion for those who love spending time in cottage country. The Pinecomb candles burn beautifully, with a great glowing radiance through the edges. If leaves fall off during burning, you can simply add the leaves/pieces to the pool of wax below the flame. A smaller Pinecomb candle is also available.

Drip Style Candles
A winery favourite, the Dripped Style candle adds a medieval/historic touch to any setting. It looks great in wrought iron holders, ornate lanterns or on its own. We believe Shakespeare would approve. Additional, larger and wider styles are available at the winery.

Tealights- Six Pack
A customer favourite, our hand-made Tealights have multiple uses and are extremely versatile. Use them when you go camping, to decorate your home, or keep them in your emergency kit around the house or cottage. Although they may be small and lightweight, they still have a natural long burn time. They also are a great complement to barrel stave candle holders (available at the winery) and other tea-light specific lanterns.

Old World Skeps
In medieval times, before wooden frames were used for beekeeping, beekeepers used baskets, called skeps, for their bees. Our Old World Skeps candles have an interesting design that mimics the old ways. Their look fits well in decor pleasing cottages or country homes.

Perfect for your inner princess or prince, the petite Antique Votive candle is great for many candle holders. With a wide base and short height, it is as a great decoration, without being a distraction. This elegant design is great for any history buff or candle collector.
