Canoe, known for its spectacular views and unparalleled cuisine is currently showcasing our 2 year barrel aged mead, Ambrosia, on their "Taste Mustard" tasting menu. Every season William Predhomme, Sommelier at Canoe, works along side the executive chef team to develop an out-of-this-world tasting menu that unites unique products and wines together. Our signature mead, Ambrosia, spent 2 years barrel aging in premium French oak developing rich flavours of caramel, toasted vanilla and tropical fruit. Paired with the dessert course this pairing should not be missed.
