2011 Harvest Gold
Rosewood’s dry mead is back with a twist - no oak! Despite being dry and unoaked, this mead is complex with a rich palate and flavours of peach, pear, vanilla and of course honey. Our wildflower honey is used to make this unique and refreshing mead. Serve chilled with a wide range of food such as curries, samosas and Cajun dishes or pair with aged cheeses, and savoury desserts.
