Every season William Predhomme works along side the executive chef team to develop an out of this world tasting menu bringing unique products and pairings together.
Our signature mead, Ambrosia, spent 2 years barrel aging in premium French oak developing rich flavours of caramel, toasted vanilla and tropical fruit. Paired with the dessert course this pairing should not be missed.
